Cooling Technology is an innovative feature integrated into our activewear that helps regulate body temperature during workouts. This technology enhances breathability and moisture-wicking properties, ensuring you remain cool and composed, even during intense exercise sessions.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. You can initiate a return by contacting us at info@airfitathletics.com.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Additionally, you will receive your refund based on your original payment method. If approved,  and in case of card payment, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. In case of Instapay or cash on delivery it will take 2 business days to get a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not facilitate direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, items must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
